1. Project Initiation
1.1 Down Payment: A non-refundable down payment of 50% of the total project cost is required to begin work on your project. This covers the initial consultation, project planning, and any preliminary work.
2. Project Development
2.1 Milestone Payments: Payments are required at various milestones throughout the project as agreed upon in the project proposal. These payments are non-refundable once the milestone work is completed and approved by the client.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Client: If the client wishes to cancel the project after work has commenced, they may do so in writing. Refund payment will be credited to your respective bank within 5 to 7 working days. Refunds will be issued based on the stage of the project and the work completed as outlined below:
- Before any work begins: Full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable down payment.
- During initial stages (design and mock-up phase): Refund of 100% of the total project cost, minus the down payment.
- During the development phase: Refund of 50% of the total project cost, minus the down payment and costs for completed milestones.
- After project completion: No refunds will be issued.
4. Refund Eligibility
4.1 Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a refund, the client must:
- Notify Codingrim by Email or writing of their intention to cancel.
- Provide specific reasons for the dissatisfaction.
- Allow Codingrim an opportunity to address and rectify the issues within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1 Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, Codingrim will work with the client to resolve any issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to arbitration as per the terms of the service agreement.
