3. Payments
3.1 Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupee and are subject to change based on the scope of the project.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal. Typically, a non-refundable down payment is required to commence work, with subsequent payments due at specified milestones.
3.3 Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to additional fees and may result in a delay of project delivery.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Content and Materials: The Client agrees to provide all necessary content, images, and other materials required for the project on time.
4.2 Approvals: The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables. Any delays in approvals may affect the project timeline.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client will own the final website and its content. However, the Company retains the right to display the project in its portfolio and marketing materials.
5.2 Licenses: The Client must ensure they have the appropriate licenses for any third-party materials provided to the Company for inclusion in the project.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from the other party and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the agreement at any time by providing Email and written notice. Refunds, if any, will be handled according to the Return & Refund Policy.
7.2 Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Client breaches any terms and conditions or fails to make payments as agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Guarantees: The Company makes no guarantees regarding the results of the website development services.
8.2 Liability: The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services rendered. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of ICA(Indian Council of Arbitration).
10. Governing Law
10.1 Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamilnadu, India.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1 Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client and will become effective immediately upon posting.
